Ten years ago we traded beer for barrels from the winery to create our first batches of sours-such as this one-on previously used neutral Oliver oak wine barrels. This blend of base sour blonde ale aged on Chambourcin grapes from Oliver¡¯s Creekbemd Vineyard creates tart and sweet flavors reminiscent of dry rose wine. Beer and wine drinkers alike will love this creation.
