Formerly of the Ipswich Brewery we give Dan a lot of credit for helping us in the early days of Notch. And Dan did not disappoint us with his guest beer! A classic Saison yeast meets Black Currant puree and Galaxy hops. It¡¯s tart wildly flavorful and pink!
