Black Project Ejector

Sour – Ale 6.2 ABV 4.4 UntappdLimit 4Commercial Description:?We take our Jumpseat dry-hopped sour and double dry hop it. The initial hopping is a present but light amount of Citra Mosaic Equinox and Mandarina Bavaria. Ejector gets a second dry hop just prior to bottling with more Citra Kohatu and a small amount of Centennial hops. The hops stand out quite a bit more but are still not overwhelming – subtlety and complexity is my goal with all Black Project beers.The stone fruit-like acidity in this beer is highlighted by the hops the yeast cultures and the hops complementing and elevating each other.
