Porter – Baltic Imperial / Double 10.5 ABVCommercial Description:Port Over Easy (10.5 abv) is a Port Wine barrel aged Imperial Baltic Porter brewed with caramelised Estonian birch syrup and powered with Texan soul by our friends from Jester King brewery in Austin Texas.Its jet black body is covered with reddish-brown head from which you can smell the aroma of rich raisins dark chocolate and candied almonds companioned with a fresh scent of the forest. The taste is guided by sweet sticky port wine followed by a slight vanilla taste reminiscent of toasted Juniper branches and stewed mulberries. Lingering on the finish is a smooth taste of mineral rich birch syrup as if poured over freshly made oat porridge served with a side of plum jam.
