Nogne O Peculiar Yule

This holiday ale draws its inspiration from Glogg a Norwegian spiced beverage enjoyed hot in winter. Like Glogg it goes well with nuts dried fruits or cookies but we recommend serving Peculiar Yule at a proper cellar temperature of 55*F. Ingrediants: Maris Otter Munich chocolate and crystal malt. Chinook and Cascade hops ginger coriander cardamon cinnamon cloves British ale yeast and our local Grimstad water.
